Dumb question here, how does one prove their IQ on the spot without having test results to show someone?

They don't, we do however have national averages based on actual tests.
The main issue with this is that is is mostly done in the US only.
Over in the UK nobody is tested for their IQ within the education system. The tests are only used for mental health diagnostics for learning disorders.
