I carry one of these on my hand in nigger-infested stores. Right at your thumb-tip and you can still use your hand to hold things.

Good idea. bear spray comes with a holder you slide it in and it has a hand/wrist strap. Fits most brands. We have animals around here of the bear, bobcat, moose variety.
