Fun fact: cattle are happy to graze on grass that is happy to grow. The water they ingest goes back into the grasslands and the excrement fertilizes the grass. This means a nice sustainable system that does not require the vast destruction of the environment necessary for something like a soybean crop field nor the herbicides and pesticides. Beef is the most economic food in calories per gram. If we can find a way to harvest the methane, it becomes a perfect system. Red meat is also the healthiest food for humans.
