Nah, he 'fake surrendered' by putting his hands up as kyle seemed to have the drop on him with his own rifle, then attempted to step in and point his gun at kyle's head at which point he forever lost his bicep ..... lol.

I can't say how much it pisses me off that media organizations who have this full video of clear self-defense choose to twist the evidence into a pretzel, going so far as to edit out the important aspects of the case. I expected the newscasters to sprout whiskers and a little weasel nose.
