Everyone is skinny.

Its just some people pay large amounts of grocery money to continual stuff their face and ruin the natural skinniess they have.

It takes a lot of effort to be overweight. You have to keep stuffing that face and keep spending that grocery money for those calories.

They're like... olympic athletes!

Agreed, I was referring to not all women being pretty in terms of body proportions and face.

Fats don't even register as human.

You're basically arguing that 2/3 of adults are trying to be fat. While I haven't a lot of faith in humanity, I think it's more complicated than that. The simplest diet to maintain will make you fat unless you also get adequate exercise. If your job does not involve exercise, and you have kids to raise and other shit that also doesn't get you exercise, then exercise is a ... well I was going to say luxury. It's not quite that. But it's not easy for a lot of people to find the time, either.

This is absolutely not true and just more of the garbage fed to people that discourages them from eating less.

You don't need to exercise at all to lose weight. Ask anyone in a prison camp.

Now it's good to do some exercise if your joints can handle it but not while you are overweight and or too old at first.

Lose the weight first then build up the body with exercise.

No one is a fatass because they were hungry, but because they were bored, anxious, nervous, or hedonistic. It's a dopamine-generating food addiction that's the problem.

To put it another way, potato chips aren't food, they're a drug made out of food. McDonald's is 100% about the drugginess of food.

There is no childhood obesity problem, only a childhood addiction crisis.
