Well, little Billy, Science happens when a bunch of officially-licensed Scientists, with advanced degrees from accredited universities, get together and have a Scientist's Conclave, where they take a Science Vote to decide things like "Is Pluto a planet today?" or "What are genders?" or "Does lightly-woven cotton fabric protect against airborne viruses when worn over the mouth and nose continually throughout the day, and when not in use is stored in a pocket or purse?" And sometimes at a Scientist's Conclave they also exile a heretic now and then, like the guy who discovered DNA, or a rocket scientist with an inappropriate shirt.
