It re-packages google searches. So it google doesn't allow it, it won't be there. Though they can pick up on stuff a bit better as they optimize the search and have their own filters.

Other than that, I find that a mix of different ones will eventually find you what you want. Unless it's been yeeted off the web. Then you need a personal link from someone. Specialized search engines work well too, like libgen.rs for books for example. Though you have to find the good ones in all the trash.
