Are you thinking of EQ as sexual value? Maybe I'm getting it wrong, I always thought EQ was emotional intelligence, which most women are morons about, which is why they fall in love with men that beat them and believe in things that are clearly false.
Emotional Intelligence is just personality traits that show up more often in women then in men.
It's taking the big five personality test, and then arbitrarily deciding that the scores of something like extroversion correlates to a higher EQ score, when in reality, there is no objective advantage or disadvantage to a lot of the big five.

Sounds like another cope for women that don't have much to be proud of. I really believe there's a level of emotional intelligence that serves you well in all aspects of life. The problem is women have very little or often none at all. This comes from years of always getting their way so they've never had to be emotionally intelligent. It's the same old 'women just know these things' bullshit past generations used to say. In my experience women are too self involved to be aware of anything outside themselves. They can't pick up on subtle nonverbal clues but imagine them and then claim they are smarter and more aware than other people. That's why the number of women in cults and pyramid schemes far outnumber the few men. They have no awareness. This bitch is a prime example. She saw a not attractive, kind of bland guy and immediately thought he was stupider because that was what she wanted to believe. It helps her view of herself as very smart. You'll notice the smartest guy said nothing and the three women wouldn't shut up and all turned out to be stupider than they claimed.
EQ is being more social and conformist, that's it. You charm people more and don't upset people too much. Women are better at this than men, jews are better at this than whites.
