Yale doesn't select for IQ these days, however being autistic and a woman is very rare.
Given an average IQ of 85, and standard deviation of 15, an IQ of 130 would be +3sd, that would mean that she is in the top 0.13% of blacks in terms of IQ. Not impossible, but highly unlikely to be a randomly picked individual as the original show seems to suggest (Strangers Rank Their Intelligence | IQ vs First Impressions: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RAlI0pbMQiM).
