EQ is being more social and conformist, that's it. You charm people more and don't upset people too much. Women are better at this than men, jews are better at this than whites.
I really don't agree. it's being charming and able to assess a person and see how to best act with that person. It's not just going along with the crowd, it's reading everything in a person or a social situation right away.
Conformists are stupid and they just mimic everyone else.

That's very true. When they tested Manson's IQ he wasn't especially smart but he would have had a high EQ if they had the means to test it.
Also high in EQ are CEOs, entertainers and actors. I would say politicians but the current crop has been really lacking in it.
