Ok, that's one fair way to do it. I think there is more than one. The caveat to this way would be that the federal budget is both incomplete (other levels of government spend money) and incredibly bloated. IMO the Federal government should not be doing social welfare at all. But they do, so it's fair to consider it.
I recognize that, but this at least gives us a hard number on the lower boundary. And the list of other things I mentioned are not a whole list. It would take me months/years of research and study to find out exactly how much niggers alone have held back the White western world. And that's assuming I could get a few post-grads and a research grant for such a study.
I'd be interested to know what is the cost of a poor black vs a poor white person. One thing that the SJWs would immediately say is that well blacks are poor so of course if you have a welfare system they're going to be takers.
I would like that study too. One paper I know of involving poor Whites vs blacks is in crime. Poor Whites commit less crime than the richest of blacks. Obviously they were trying to prove that jiggaboos only commit crime due to being poor, but their results spoke otherwise.
