They say the product has zero carbs on the packaging and call it keto friendly, but when you look at nutritional info it has tons of carbs. It's a scam. They make up some shit about carbs being cancelled out by fiber or something.
To get 'net' carbs subtract carbs from fiber and sugar alcohol. Then it's zero carb
Carbs: 15g Fiber:14g Net carbs: 1g
The theory is your body doesn't process Net carbs like empty carbs.
Carbs paired with fiber are different.
Fiber is detected as carbohydrates during the testing process, but your body can't process it so it passes through undigested.
15g of carbs and 15g of fiber means there's no digestable carbs.
