"hip hop culture likes what's broken", said a celeb on tv or whatever screen, recently
It struck me how true that is.
"Hip hop" culture recycles old/broken stuffs, like broken records, and it sort of puts socially broken people/social losers, on a pedestal. Like fucking inmates for instance, criminals, drug users.
What else? You have a clean white wall. Add hip hop culture and it's covered in shit and it's called art.
Hip hop culture likes what's broken... Let that sink in
Hip hop culture likes what's broken
Because otherwise it would be too "White" for them.
The more you're white the less you're black...

>In the United States, acting white is a term pejorative, usually applied to black people, which refers to a person's perceived betrayal of their culture by assuming the social expectations of white society.[1][2] Success in education in particular (depending on one's cultural background) can be seen as a form of "selling out" by being disloyal to one's culture.[2]
>In Cuban Spanish, a similar expression, hacer las cosas como los blancos (lit. do things like whites) is a pseudo-positive racist statement, a rebuke commonly directed from black people to other black people who aren't unable to do something in the "correct" manner. What is implied is that white people do things always well.
>Shelby Steele wrote in The Content of Our Character that what he identified as middle-class black values are falsely viewed by the majority of blacks as "white," while they are colorblind. He argued that this attitude is distinct from other issues of young blacks in poverty.[2]
