First off, no one wins a fight. I had a 8 month old kitten, fuck me up. Shredded my hands and I got a secondary infection from it's nasty ass fangs. I easily could have killed the cat but not before it ripped through more flesh then I was willing to sacrifice. My conclusion, if it's a fight, the cat will die the man will be leaking red fluid. If the man does not seek medical attention, and gets infected with "cat scratch fever" he may die as well, once it reaches his heart. Lose/lose.
