Of course it is the same thing. The discrimination exists due to the belief that whites have oppressed other races and as such have an unfair advantage. When we use the same narrative against jews it is called anti-semitism and treated as racist hate speech (although in the case of jews the nepotism and tribalism is demonstrable).
I’m not here to argue that anti-white discrimination isn’t happening.
I’m simply saying the words have different meanings. Racism is a belief, discrimination is an act that may or may not be founded on a racist belief.
Frankly if you wanted to discriminate by disallowing blacks into your store, you could make the case purely on factual crime statistics. Semantically, that’s not racist, but it is discrimination.
However, in clown world, the truth is racist.
