This guy I know did this with a box truck and a bridge. He borrowed the truck from work to move some shit and smashed it into a low bridge like an idiot. Since he borrowed the truck insurance couldn't cover it and he had to pay thousands out of pocket to repair the truck. Lol

Could be but stagnant water sitting in sprinklers usually looks like that. Turns clear after the pumps start pumping fresh water through.

Echoing what the other guy said, it's usually rust and other build up since they likely haven't been used in awhile. That's why the liquid becomes clear after a couple of seconds.
