she has her phone out taking a pic 'snowed in :( we are tunnelling our way out'. it's always 'we' when the man is doing everything (especially house renovations.. women do this on social media all the time, taking credit for all of their man's work, and her female friends will comment 'wow looks good x you should be very proud' 'way to go girl' as if it is her accomplishment) but it's only 'me' when she does something.

one girl i know dated a guy who renovated and flipped houses, she would takes pics of their works and then outside the 'sold' sign and get told how hard-working and accomplished she is. she literally did nothing. they broke up and now she lives in a 1 bdr apartment and suddenly has no such photos nor money to show for all of her apparent accomplishment of spreading her legs.

I always appreciate the stories as I try to give them as well, but not all women are like that (a lot are, yes).

You picked up on the "we" versus "me" thing. Complete massive, selfish red flag. You should have helped your friend with that obvious signal (unless you both were young, in which case it doesn't count). Then again, if he was in love, then you become the enemy for pointing it out.

E: I was seeing a really hot girl with lots of money. I took her to a friend's wedding. We were having a great time. A longtime friend that I did not hang out with for a while pulled me off to the side at some point and told me my girl is dangerous and to be wary, but he couldn't explain exactly why. I essentially told him to fuck off. He was right in the end. Oh wells!
