May just be me, but it appears to be a White baby doll that has been hue-shifted to shit brown - i.e. 'skin' color change only and the doll doesn't accurately reflect the sub-human genetic aspects of their species like skull shape, facial structure (jaw, nose), and skeletal and limb proportions.
