All these situations like this EVERY time are ... ... GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES. And a government employee generates no net-taxes and mainly just consume taxes. Even USA has had this phantom employee situation at county and state levels in Democrat regime strongholds. Private sector always prevents waste... Public government always wastes money.
