In reality I got her to get me an empty syringe, fill it with what is essentially just water from a water bottle, and inject me with that, the mark me down as being vaccinated. She'd been doing this for a lot of her patients, be they pro-vax or anti-vax, including her own pro-vax family members, and she is still doing it, no one has caught her yet.
