You are not a lawyer, and I can tell.

The supreme court ruled MANY times that the following is 100% Federally protected free speech:

"All Jews should be Tossed into Ovens!"

Why is that free speech and not a call for "imminent lawless action"? Because it does not name a specific set of targets being a subclass of a group, nor does it specify a time less than 365 days from now. Either part missing makes it not a criminal threat if uttered in USA.

In USA, the SCOTUS has ruled time and time again, what is and is not free speech, and SCOTUS has two critical rules for defining "Imminent Lawless Action" :
