Get a sharpie paint marker and write on the side of the power brick what it is for. Never have to guess if you still need it again.

I keep'em even when the device is long gone. Most of them are standard voltages (5,9,and 12). They come in handy for all sorts of things as long as the max output power is more than you need for your project.
