this made me laugh but 'hydrophobic' would actually imply 'the water hates the nigger' in this case. hydrophobic means something that disperses or repels water. oleophobic repels oils. so yes, hydro *is* in fact, niggerphobic. as the second would imply a fear of niggers, which is only natural.
