I myself am a masculine presenting transgender lesbian who hasn't filed the paperwork to change my identification from M to F. I have and will always have a penis, but if you ask me in a professional or legal context what my gender is, I will tell you it is female to receive shorter criminal sentences and faster promotion in the company, as well as qualifying for women only loans and grants. You can't tell me I'm not.
