It isn't easy to reach out to someone/thing else looking for compassion and to be met with violence in response is terrible. Being mean to dogs is wrong.

I'm with you on that one. Yeah, there's an occasional mean one, mostly because of what folks do to them, but in general, dogs just wanna little attention.
