Having been stuck listening to a giant ass building been erected across the street for about nine months, I can relate to the old cow. At least the workmen only made the gawd-awful noise from 8am til 5pm, five days a week. Who wants to listen to banging, buzzsawing, some sort of piledriver, truck backup alarms, etc., hour after hour, day after day, month after month?

Well, this is different. It does not look like they are constructing something big. And grandma could say the noise was bothering her, not use someone else as a motive to complain. Anyway, stealing the ladder while they were up there was a cunt move (but funny), so I don't have much empathy for her.
