Not sure what kinda of encoding that video has (av01 video with Opus audio?), but I re-encoded it (x264/AAC) if anyone has issues playing this mp4.

VLC didn't have it either, and VLC usually has everything. I have a new version of HandBrake installed and it must have it. I looked it up, it is supposed to compete with x265 - but I've never even encoded a video for the web in x265.

Probably on Android phones - the codec is the successor to VP9 and Jewgle developed & used that.
