Lol, my wife did this (sort of). She works at a hospital and they made her wear a surgical mask instead of a cloth one. The surgical masks were making people including her break out. So.she asked if she could wear 2 masks. YES!!! all she did was pin the surgical mask to the cloth mask. It looked completely stupid, but she wore it proudly. They didn't care that it made people break out, they did care that it looked stupid. People no longer had to wear surgical masks.
