I actually thought this was the same guy I heard on the radio. But then, when the "Jesus" started laughing I finally caught on it was some sort of spoof.

Riverside California. That's downtown by the Mission Inn. It's a Riverside landmark hotel first built by the Spanish Missionaries. That area is also near University street where hookers historically have often been working. Back a bunch of years ago it was the stomping grounds of Richard Suff if I remember his name right. He was preying on hookers from that area and dumping bodies all over the place. One body he dumped on my uncle's property and another behind our local Stater Bro's in a dumpster. At the time the police weren't telling us what was going on so the bodies were a mystery until it got in the news. Suff was captured by happenstance when he was out cruising the area one night looking to pick up another victim. I actually met one of his hooker victims downtown one evening when she was out begging for money to get a fix. I gave her a hamburger and some fries so I kind of remembered her. She was kind of dumpy looking so obviously Suff wasn't into a certain look just so long as he could get his thrill kill.

Downtown is dangerous at night and always has been due to the type of people roaming around after dark. One of my friends had his door yanked open at a stoplight on University street and got smacked in the head and robbed.
