Only Jews are compelled to downvote. The downvote button exists to alert everyone that a Jew is in the thread. If you see a comment that has been downvoted, it was downvoted by a Jew.

Well, the policy here, and the way it's enforced, has made me hesitant to downvote even the most low-value and trollish posts and comments.
