I understand that being a Canadian colony sucks but there are about as many "visible minorities" in Quebec as there are Anglophones.
I get the impression that your people prefer the French-speaking Haitians and Arabs over people who just happen to speak English.

That's how they got immigration to be more acceptable here, by making our identity about the french language instead of our race & religion.
