I've discussed this here before, but what sucks about those outliers is that they don't just separate themselves from the center of a PDF, they separate themselves in physical space as well. Those "less-niggery" niggers that can compose themselves enough to exist like white people no longer fit in among the bulk of niggers, and they will self-segregate and do their best to integrate in to white communities. However, more often than not, they will readily-exclude white people in a strong presence of blacks. There is a vanishingly-small amount that will ever fully integrate. Anyway point is - that's why all of these super-white areas like Portland, Seattle, Minneapolis, etc. are doing these pro-nigger marches, because they've only ever seen the outliers that can reasonably integrate. And, given the average intellect of people living in those places, the outlier-niggers might even appear smarter than your average white beta cuck male. So people in those areas actually believe those few niggers that live among them are a representative sample, even though there are mountains of data to prove that they are not, personal experience will often trump words on paper. I've lived it myself - moved from a low-nigger area to a high-nigger area (and fairly quickly back to a low-nigger area), and the difference is, well, night and day. And of course the South has known about the difference between house niggers and field niggers for centuries at this point, but again, those are "just stories" or "just stereotypes" until you've witnessed it first hand.
