Actually no. Business owners have a legal obligation to serve the public. By serving the public you can't mandate a medical device or fail to serve the public who refuses to go along with your "mandate".

Incorrect. A private establishment can choose to refuse service at any time. The only time there is a problem is when they say why they refuse service. The same with terminating someone. It's the why that gets you in trouble.

Yes and no. If you are shopping and making purchases they can't refuse to let you pay for your goods. Or, they can but only if you are a timid cuck and just meekly walk away. They have no legal grounds to do so.
