hahaha, your username. I had a welding foreman who actually did that to me while I was bent over welding. First time I ignored and kept on welding. Second time I felt this I straightened up and threw a shit fit along with my hard hat and my welding hood. I was ready for war. I can only imagine what some welder chick would feel like to have a creep like that messing with them. Yes, my foreman was only doing some horse play but since he had made it a game to harass me on the job I used that to make signs and post them all over of a welder with a man behind him touching his ass. Then the red circle with a line through it and "No Touching Ass". I posted this all over the place and of course people were asking what it was all about and witnesses told them. My foreman became like a sweet congenial man toward me. Gave me the best jobs, etc and left me alone. LOL. He was terrified I would report him to HR. Why go to HR when I can use public shaming to put the jerk on a leash?
