I know many countries had eugenics systems. In fact we have them in place even today. I know of people with hereditary diseases being pressured to sterilize themselves. In highschool they made us watch videos encouraging such a thing. Of course all of the "altruistic" self sterilizers they showed were... White. It was even then I realized what kind of propaganda it is. Don't think that 1800s is some safe period of history. The Jews have been trying to destroy whites for more than 2000 years, and their hatred and meddling has been consistent during that whole time. Who brought over the negro slaves to america? What year was that? Certainly a lot earlier than 1800. I am of the opinion that we can discuss how to improve our genetic lineages AFTER. You wouldn't start pruning the bruises out of your good fruit before you throw out all the rotten and moldy ones first. Plus by the time we get to that point we can probably do all sorts of gene therapies to make sure people can pass on all their genes except the bad ones and stuff like that.
