I've lived in Black neighborhoods and I have to say it was nerve wracking. I've had good encounters and bad but one thing I really noticed. The black majority neighborhoods were more tacky, lots of trash and run down buildings. Lots more crime. Only time I've seen a white neighborhood like that is when the residents were meth addicts.

Exactly. The parasites ALWAYS want to live among the productive. But it doesn't WORK the other way around. THAT much SHOULD be OBVIOUS to EVERYONE involved.
