I quit kratom a few months ago. Coke turkey. It was a bitch to quit. But I did. But after I did I started drinking again. Which is why I started Kratom. Cauze I was a full blown alcoholic. So I went a month long bender drunk every night. Eating fast food n bullshit smoking cigars. So I went back to kratom. Cause at least on kratom I’m eating healthy. I’m constantly in the gym. That month long bender added 20 pounds to me. Iv gotten it back off but. I need to come to a point where I can be actually sober. Iv been abusing everything so long. I havnt been sober since I was 12 you know. It’s hard
