I somewhat agree - but I also believe some amount of "straight" men delude themselves to the reality of their sexuality. Some to the point they are genuinely shocked that it's happened to them yet again. These are the ones that get married, maybe have a few kids - and suddenly "come out" at age 55 as gay. (But to no real surprise to their former wife and kids.)
