What this is pure female psychology on display. Women understand them selves and the world around them through the opinions of their peers and the opinions of those in charge.
In the past her opinion, self understanding and self worth was derived from the head of the household, her husband. When white men stepped aside, she simply looked for opinions elsewhere.
It doesn't matter what she believes. What matters is does her local social group include a white man as the lead or not.
In this case, it does not.

This is definitely not true of the men! No way! They pop out of the womb totally self actualized.

That is a great point. I agree, men are built.
As white men, we have done such a shit job of leading and organizing since ww2 that we allowed all of our countries to be invaded by non whites and lost almost total control over all of the cultural institutions of our civilizations.
I hear your critique and raise you, all of our problems today were created by weak white men.
