I kinda see anti-social as an inability or refusal to follow the rules of a culture, i.e. not observing widely agreed upon rules and boundaries. Like blacks who keep breaking into people’s houses. But also maybe someone who won’t wear a mask, according to some leftist karen. In a culture in chaos it may not be clear what is antisocial. Societies rely on broad cultural agreement on such things to be functional. An antisocial person is just a rule breaker.
