Thats the reason. 20 years ago we were actively removing racism, sexism, and sequel orientation as a conflict. We were judging each other on our actions and ambitions. And it was good. The world was changing and getting better.
And that was a problem for the ruling elite. If we come together as a people we make the rules. If we fight each other over stupid shit and volunteer to be boxed into special little identity spheres we lose our ability to negotiate and dictate with the powers that be.
Why do you think identity politics was suddenly and forcefully pushed so hard from the mid 2000s? Because it takes time to grow.

Yes, you can, because It's not about equality. It's about ability and ambition.
Sex and race and genetics set your range. You have several stats that, based on those things, will never be below or above a certain threshold, But what you do inside of those changes everything. Brilliant ambitious people have lazy stupid children all the time. Their genetics bar was high but they never did anything with it. In the same way someone with disadvantages can work hard to maximize their abilities and become their peak self.
Will that mean there will always be stronger or smarter men or white or dumber or weaker women or blacks sure maybe, but judge people based on what they can and will do, not on some arbitrary thing that you just blanket across everyone. Just because you are white doesn't make you good. Just because you're black doesn't make you bad. Just because you're a woman doesn't make you weak.
Our society drives those things. Allow people to become the best them they can and judge them accordingly.
You can keep trying to pretend race is not tied to genetics and or that genetics are not tied to societal capacity and cohesion. But you will keep being wrong.
Intelligence is the greatest determinant of ones abilities in life. Not parents or society. Also there is such a thing as a mean iq.
And yes whites tend to make better more altruistic societies than Black. You judge by the mean, not the outliers

Nope, it wasn't good. It was part of the selling out & invasion of the West that's been going on since ~1965. You're completely ignorant if you don't think non-whites have always had and retained their identity politics... They were happy to play along because it meant that they would eventually inherit the West; now that they have large numbers and White hegemony is over, they are free to be more aggressive and honest about their intentions. But they've been laughing at us behind closed doors all along, for being stupid enough to surrender our homelands and the legacy of our ancestors to foreigners.
Hate in this context is simply an in-group preserving immune response. I know it's not pretty or rational, but in evolutionary terms hating the 'other' is necessary sometimes to protect the genetic cluster. The ruling elite does not want Whites to rediscover ethnocentrism, and that should be more than obvious. They are not yet ready to run the West without Whites... Not yet.
