Yes they can because theyre tools of the people who rule over us just as i am. Their fate is equally sealed. They get to do drugs and kill people while i dont. Woopdey doo. Their countries will be kept poverty stricken and hellish just as ours will be degraded to that state. But left to their own devices they wouldnt be doing nearly as well as i am.
