It is very, very rare to be Gaelic with no Nordic. There are some left, apparently the Healy-Raes (political family from Kerry in the south west of Ireland) are pure Gael according to a DNA test one of them did on TV. But we had a couple of big waves of Nordic influx and they tended to adapt and mix with the locals, and were obviously a lot better looking than the locals, so nord/gael is essentially the standard Irish ethnic background these days.

The following may be nothing but mildly interesting and only marginally relevant to OT..

"Ø" is a vowel which appears exclusively in 3 nordic languages; Danish, Norwegian and Faroeic..

Sweden, Germany and Iceland are probably less White supremacist, as their version of it is "Ö".

The French totally cucked the beautiful Ø into the abomination "Œ".

The "Ø" was invented by the Romans and a Heil-salute might be in place.

People from North Jutland in Denmark may be the only people in the world, who can communicate using nothing but single letter vowels exclusively:
