That dog should not be out In public. The owner should also be charged with assault with a deadly weapon. Don't think pitbulls should be banned, however, they should only be used as a tool. Like guarding properties etc. Fucking stupid to have them as a pet. If you had a tiger as a pet, would you just let it roam free?
