Nah that's kids who have been abused until they're angry and pissed off at the whole world. Its similar to "Conduct Disorder" but that's where they take it further and get into legal trouble.
You could also argue that ADHD is incorrectly diagnosed. I was diagnosed with ODD. I wasn't necessarily angry, I just spoke up when someone was saying something wrong. It turns out a lot of elementary school teachers like to teach lies. I could only imagine how bad it is now 30 years later.
Speaking as a social worker I can tell you that many kids are incorrectly diagnosed. I myself have had ADD all my life; if you have it, you know you have it. Don't let other idiots tell you otherwise.
Sounds about right. Always sounded like a BS disorder to me.
