One moved into our neighborhood 3 months ago and since then I have seen 2 houses sell and 3 more go up for sale.

I just want to live somewhere with NO neighbors, but I can't afford 50 fucking acres and I won't live so far out in the boonies my daily work commute is 3 hours.

Why can't we just have whites-only neighborhoods?

You kind of can. You setup a club, keep the membership closely held (so it's not obvious) and don't let any black people in. Most importantly keep a low profile.

But on a related note, I would like to share the one thing funny my father has said in the last 10 years. While discussing moving somewhere up north to get away from all these apes I told him "I can deal with snow, you can always put on a jacket, but there is no jacket to deal with niggers"

This is great. Some people say don't retreat. Consider this. If blacks and Hispanics move into white neighborhoods, they have to buy at white neighborhood prices. When whites leave, they hold at Hispanic or black neighborhood prices.

If you are black and move into a white neighborhood, and chase the white people away, you pay a hidden tax. As well you should.

This right here is how a good neighborhood becomes a bad one.

Once prospective buyers notice they will have to deal with the nigger factor, they will demand a lower price. Eventually, J'kwondarious and co. will be able brought in to fill the now unsellable and unrentable, section 8 housing.

I know so many really great blacks/whites/Hispanics/etc. The color of their skin doesn't have any effect on me. If they are racists like I see from so many blacks talking about how much they hate white people on TV/radio/news, then I would have a problem. I don't want to live by racist bigots b/c they are too far beneath me. Tough shit if that offends someone. I don 't suffer fools kindly.

I'm not gonna hate a random black or Arabic or whatever person I meet on the street just because their skin. I will however think they are inferior to Europeans in just about every way imaginable and that their presence in a white society is harmful and unwanted. Even if they're super nice, I will think that. I will take people at face value and treat them accordingly, but I'm happy to make sweeping generalisations about their ethnic groups and make judgements and take actions based on those generalisations. Just because I meet a cool friendly black person doesn't mean I'm suddenly gonna relax around blacks or want to live near them. But unless you as an individual have done something to wrong me, I'm not going to actively hate you. If you're not white there's a very high chance I'll want to avoid you regardless of how nice you are.

I think it's a fair compromise.
