Yea, I believe he was 4-1/2 years old. The story is that the child use turn the corner in the apartment and run up to the large thick picture window and look out it. The mother was away for a few hours and the child was under the care of the maid. On that particular day, the building maintenance crew was replacing windows. They only put up Caution tape, but failed to properly secure it from an accident occurring. The kid came racing around the corner and ran passed the tape expecting the large window to stop him except there was no window there. He fell from the 53rd floor to his death. It's really a horrifying story. The tragedy caused the break up of their marriage.
