Another funny thing is one of the main reasons cultures used heavy spices is because their food was literally garbage and/or rotting, and spice was used to mask the repugnance.

White people thought foreign foods and spices were a fun novelty, shitskins and gooks needed spice to make their food moderately palatable.

Pretty much. I love pointing this out when shit skins talk about our foods being bland. They suddenly get very quiet. Whites figured out how to preserve food without the use of modern refrigeration a long time ago. Shit skins didn't have ice and they're too stupid to figure out how to cure foods.

Very true! The last time I tried to go to a Mexican restaurant the steak was well past it's dead date. I could taste it even under all the spices. I assume they can too, they just don't mind it so much.

Yeah, it's the same with gook vs nip food. I actually like gook food nonetheless, but, it's basically just fish waste matter and whatever vegetables they can scrounge from the local dumpster. It's all haphazardly tossed into a giant pot of boiling water and loaded with spices to the point where your eyeballs start melting halfway through the meal.

The nips on the other hand (the rich whites of Asia), tend to hate spice. They prefer nuanced flavours that bring out the freshness and succulence of the food, and they have an aesthetic quality to their food.

Weird how the reverance for culinary arts and nuance in the West gets meme'd as "WYPYPO KENT HANDLE SPYCE!", but the eastern world knows what it's really all about: heavy spices are for poorfag niggers, complex flavours and aesthetics are for gods.
