I'm calling bullshit on this. When I was a kid the only litter you saw on the beaches were cigarette butts. There were areas in California where some communities dumped their trash off the cliffs into the ocean but that was many years ago. Now, when I go to LA beaches it's mostly Latinos and there's trash all around them. They dump all their shit on the beach. Diapers everywhere. You can thank Ronald Reagan and his amnesty bullshit for the huge influx of Mexicans.
