Just says the guy was shot 5 times, not how many rounds were fired. If they're like NYC cops, they all probably mag-dumped, and only 5 rounds landed. The rest probably ended up in a wall, or in someone's dog.

Best I can figure is that it takes 2-3 officers to pull the trigger. That sounds like some california teir gun control measure.
